The annealing process, also known as Thermal Annealing, is a crucial step in semiconductor manufacturing.

Taiwan's Power Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC) has announced plans to build a 300mm wafer fab in Japan in collaboration with SBI Holdings.
