Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we have a set minimum order quantity for all overseas orders.

What are your prices?

Due to changes in supply and other market circumstances, our pricing may change. Contact us for more information, we will provide you the updated price.

How long is your lead time?

The lead time for samples is around 7 days. After receiving the deposit, mass production takes around 15 to 25 days. After receipt of the deposit and final approval of your products, the lead times take effective. We will make every effort to meet your demands. Most of the time, we can accomplish this.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most of the documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance and other export documents where required.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Western union, Paypal, T/T, L/C,etc.. For bulk order, we do 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

How do you control your quality?

We have been monitoring from raw materials to the whole production processes and uses various advanced testing instruments to ensure the quality stability.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
